He has a proven track record in strategy development, professional services, operations, and product engineering. He has led strategic planning across a range of organizations, including market leading network management firms, an energy management start up, a leading supply chain analytics company, and HP’s digital imaging business unit.
Bill holds degrees in science and public policy from Princeton University, an MS in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from MIT Sloan. He has published award-winning articles on IEEE Software based on academic research co-led over 12 years with professors from MIT, Harvard, and the University of Pittsburgh.
