Accelerating Results Through Collaboration
Spearfish Innovation translates your strategic initiatives into business results. We specialize in accelerating businesses through inflection points in their life cycle – those moments when doing business the same old way just won’t cut it.
Spearfish’s consultants draw on their extensive background in strategy, serious games, and cross-organization collaboration to get results that work in your world. With our deep expertise and practical experience we will work with you to get the results you need.
Spearfish Innovation has offices in the Silicon Valley, CA and Portland, OR, and works globally.
The business lifecycle goes through five major transition points, Creating, Accelerating, Optimizing, Sustaining, and Renewal. Each point is a change that can disrupt operations and cause slowdowns, variations in performance and demand modifications to established processes. Transitions occur at different times depending on your industry and your competitive situation, but when things happen they can happen fast.
When you're stuck it's easy to believe that everything is broken, but in our experience that's never the case. By collaboratively assessing your business system we will help you identify areas of focus and prioritize the necessary changes for you to continue driving forward.
Most of our clients know where they hope to go next, but many struggle to take the next step. We make sure you are clear on your destination, have a roadmap to get there, and the insights to inform the decisions that you need to make.
Strategies don’t make good secrets. There is no substitute for rapid, collaborative decision making about how your organization and your partners are going to reach a goal together.
With Spearfish Innovation's help, launch your teams with purpose, measure their progress, and discover new ways of working that keep your teams engaged and focused.
